- If there is a quality issue (damaged fabric, seams issue, etc.) please include images of the damage in your message with an image showing the tags still attached. Please do so within 48 hours of your package being delivered (tracking verified). Please allow time your your defect to be processed and if accepted you will receive an email with information that includes how to return the item and the amount of your refund. Refunds are given as store credit and are at the discretion of TealPineapple.com. We do not offer any returns or refunds on worn items.
